Online marketing agency Onetomarket has attracted Lennert de Rijk for its European expansion. Initially, De Rijk will focus on clients in the Benelux, and mid-2006 he will introduce Onetomarket to the Spanish market. Lennert has acquired over ten years of management experience within several businesses in retail, e-commerce and commercial services. In his former position he was Manager Finance & Control at Kijkshop, part of Retail Network B.V.. Furthermore, De Rijk is chairman of the working party ‘Financial traffic’ of Thuiswinkel.org, which Onetomarket has joined recently as Business Partner.
Entering the Spanish market is a first step towards European expansion and has been part of CEO Jac van Ommen's plans for a long time. “The year 2006 will be an ambitious one for Onetomarket. Both the expansion of the services portfolio and the entry into other European markets will be realised”.
In October of last year René Bickel was appointed general director to bridge CRM and online marketing, in addition to the preparation of the European expansion. Last January, Peter Vos was taken on as marketing manager, who will also dedicate himself to optimising clients’ cross media marketing.
