In october Onetomarket announced that a new version of Program Seven will be launched. The new version will not proceed as Program Seven, but will be called 'Headlight'. Following includes an overview of the new features of this online marketing system.
Onetomarket has chosen a new name, because Headlight offers much more than the trusted web statistics of Program Seven. Because with Headlight it is possible to plan, implement, measure and to evaluate within one system.
Within an organisation Headlight can function on the same level as ERP and CRM systems. Such as a CRM system supports the sales department during the steps of the sales process, can Headlight support the online marketers during all steps of the online marketing process.
In the first step of the process Headlight offers the online marketer support with the planning of online marketing activities. All activities can be represented and the history remains saved.
Step 1: Simple import of media planning
When the online marketer proceeds to implementation of the online activities Headlight can be used for ad serving (management of banners by advertisers) and for the integration with Google AdWords (management Google AdWords within Headlight). Moreover, can Headlight for example be integrated with your mailing package, so that you can plan and directly measure mailings.
Step 2: Implementation of banner campaigns
The developed campaigns will automatically be measured in Headlight to the end. Online you can set in marketing goals per user. A marketing manager after all checks on another level whether goal settings are being accomplished than an AdWords campaign cunsultant. Besides that statistics will be provided clearer because of the integtation of your marketing planning. So that you can see with one glance in Headlight's 'why charts' if the start or the end of a campaign has had an impact on clicks and conversions.
Step 3: Insight in measurement of results
In order to being able to realise all of this Headlight has been built as a data warehouse with integration possibilities of external software packages. Integration of ERP and CRM systems can for example provide insight in the offline conversions that derive from online campaigns. On the other hand you can plan offline activities via the media planning, so that the influence of offline activities on online results become visible in the 'why charts'. You can also use an API of Headlight that simplifies the making of reports.
Currently Onetomarket is testing Headlight with all new features in depth in order to have it well prepared for the introduction in 2007. Once this test period is completed successfully, we will inform you our site and our newsletters about the follow up procedure regarding the introduction of Headlight.
