A lot of high traffic keywords now contain great notes with porn recommendations in that. Seems like a thing the Googlers didn't think of before. There's also a lot of concern about the fact that you can't turn it off, although there already are several ways to do that. one of em is created by my great buddy Joost: http://yoast.com/disabling-searchwiki/ but there are other ways to fix this.
